Ken Dinkins
Company Position: Owner
Ken, a Texas native, has called the North Carolina mountains his home since 1978. He began working for Nova Kitchen and Bath, Inc over 30 years ago holding virtually every position within the company until 2014 when he became President and Owner. Ken's passion is designing American Craftsman style, taking cues and inspiration from Wright & Stickley, and the tranquility our peaceful area affords. A true weekend warrior, Ken can be found riding his motorcycle through the mountains, swinging a few golf clubs or exploring a new area with his daughters.

Angie Rogers
Company Position: Design & Sales
Angie is a North Carolina native who grew up in Brevard and attended Western Carolina University where she received her Bachelors in Interior and Architectural Design. After working in the kitchen and bath industry for over 15 years, she’s been witness to the ever-changing ebb and flow of kitchen and bath design. She enjoys designing traditional and contemporary spaces but is well known for her whimsical twist on modern and fun spaces. Angie and her husband, Mark, are raising their beautiful, spirited daughter Alayna, who occupies their time with competitive dance & retail therapy when they’re not spending time with twin nieces Hadley and Teagan.

Rachelle Elliott
Company Position: Design & Inside Sales
Born and raised in Clyde, Rachelle attended Western Carolina University where she received her Bachelors in Interior Design. She is a seasoned designer with over 11 years of experience and has been with NOVA since 2003. Rachelle enjoys designing for a mix of styles and is known for her uncanny knack for turning “maybe we could…” into design reality. Rachelle shares her life with husband Mark and son, Porter, watching movies/TV, baking. and year-long planning for Halloween festivities.

Jessica Griffith
Company Position: Design & Inside Sales
Born and raised in New Jersey, this beach girl headed for the mountains and never looked back. Jessica attended college at Western Carolina University and received her Bachelors in Interior Design. After doing an internship with a Kitchen and Bath Company in NJ, she decided this is where her career path was headed after graduating. She has a passion for woodworking and her creative mind turns ideas into concrete designs. She favors contemporary and modern design, and loves that Asheville has plenty of it! While she’s not focusing on the interior of homes, she spends most of her time outside. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and is a yoga instructor.

Alyssa Phillips
Company Position: Design & Inside Sales
Alyssa was raised in Mills River and attended Western Carolina University where she obtained her Bachelors in Interior Design and Photography. She not only brings design experience to the table but is also an active supporter of green development as a LEED Green Associate. Alyssa enjoys designing contemporary and modern spaces with sleek lines and bright pops of color. This creative soul enjoys photography, painting, running and loves the spirit and inspiration the mountains provide.

Adam Stephens
Company Position: Scheduling & Production Coordinator
Adam was born in Asheville but raised in Northeast Georgia. He attended Georgia College where he received a Bachelors in History. When Adam’s not working he can be found in the company of his wife Laura and his two daughters Josie and Molly, most likely outside on a hike or in the garden.
Katie Dinkins
Company Position: Purchasing Agent & Receptionist
Katie is proud to be an Asheville native. She attended nearby Montreat College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Katie loves children and spent 5 years teaching. Some of her favorite things are spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She also enjoys reading, watching movies, singing and exploring historic places.
